About me

My name is Mary, and I am a photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, available for travel across the United States.

Photography is more than a profession for me. It is love, human connection, countless new encounters, and the chance to witness something truly remarkable. I believe there should always be space for magic in life — and now, I get to create it myself.

Something more about my life

I was born in Siberia, where winter lasts most of the year. Growing up surrounded by long snowy days, I learned early how to turn inward — reading endlessly, using my imagination, writing poetry, and studying music. Creativity was always part of my life: at school, I took part in every artistic initiative I could find.

Photography entered my life in 2019, starting with food photography. And then came 2020 — yes, that year. During the lockdown, I made a decisive shift and began working with people. I invested deeply in learning photography and fell in love with it completely.

At first, it was a passion project. I found a community of talented, inspiring people, and together we created numerous creative shoots — experimenting, learning, and growing. Over time, recognition grew, and with it, a sense of responsibility.
